Show it, do not claim it
Two of our systems are live. One is on the public internet and you can open it. The other runs behind a client login, so its case study shows real numbers instead. Where we do not have proof, we say so rather than reaching for a number nobody can check.
The work outlives the project
A system that runs a business is never finished the day it launches. We build the running arrangement in from the start, because the thing buyers here have been burned by is the shop that vanishes after handover.
Enterprise standards, small business budgets
Audit trails, role-based access, tested code and an architecture that survives growth are not enterprise luxuries. They are what stops a growing business rebuilding everything in year three.
Your code, your accounts, your data
The repository, the database and the hosting sit in your name from day one. If you take the work elsewhere, it goes with you, and nothing is built to make that difficult.

Scope
We sit with the people who do the work, not only the person paying for it. You leave with a written scope and a fixed number, before any code exists.
Build
You see working software every week, on a real address you can open. What is wrong is cheapest to fix in week two, so we make it easy to find in week two.
Ship
We move your real data across, put it in production, and train the people who will be using it on a Monday morning.
Run
Software that runs a business needs someone who answers when it breaks. We stay on afterwards. That is the part most shops skip.
What we turn down.
- Marketing sites and brochure pages. We build systems people work in, and there are studios who do the other thing better.
- Rescue jobs on a codebase nobody will hand over. If we cannot get the repository and the accounts, we cannot be responsible for the result.
- Work priced purely on the lowest number. If price is the only criterion, a template and an offshore hourly rate will beat us, and we would rather say that on the first call.
