Everything we have built, and where each one stands.

Two are running in production and you can open them. Three are in build. Nothing on this page is a concept.

  • TC Club

    Live

A cannabis club in Limpopo ran on WhatsApp groups and a paper stock book. Now it runs on three connected apps.

    Kind
    Built for a client

TC Club operates in Tzaneen and Polokwane. Members used to apply by message, orders arrived in a group chat, and stock was counted by hand at the end of the day. We built an admin dashboard for the committee, a mobile app for members, a public application portal, and a notification service that reaches people by email, SMS and WhatsApp.

    • Member applications with referral checks and an approval queue
    • Stock tracked across flower, edibles, oils, pre-rolls and accessories
    • Orders numbered in sequence and moved through a fixed workflow
    • Card payments through Yoco
    • Delivery zones with map pinning
    • Notifications by email, SMS and WhatsApp, per member preference
  • Jonga OCR

    Live

Photograph a South African ID, licence or passport. Get back structured JSON your code can use.

Hands holding a phone above a desk, the moment before an identity document is captured

Jonga OCR is a REST API that reads South African identity documents and any passport built to the ICAO standard. Six endpoints cover the smart ID card front and back, the green barcoded ID book, the driver licence front and back, and the passport page. Every endpoint returns the same envelope, so parsing code written once works for all of them. Fields that cannot be read come back as null instead of a guess.

    • Six endpoints, one response shape
    • SA smart ID card, green ID book, driver licence and ICAO passports
    • Unreadable fields return null, never an invented value
    • Documents are processed in memory and never written to storage
    • No personal data written to application logs
    • Bearer tokens stored as hashes, shown once at creation
  • RFQ Shield

    In build

Forged government quotation requests cost suppliers real stock. This reads every one that lands and says which are fakes.

    Kind
    Our own product
A quotation request being stamped with a verdict in RFQ Shield

A convincing forged RFQ asks a small supplier to deliver goods to a real government building that never ordered anything, or to pay a refundable registration fee that is never refunded. RFQ Shield connects to a business Gmail account, imports the spam folder so genuine requests misfiled there can be rescued, and classifies every quotation request that arrives. Genuine opportunities reach the supplier at once. Fakes go quietly to a weekly digest, because alarm fatigue is a vulnerability too.

    • Connects to a business Gmail account securely
    • Imports the spam folder on connect and pulls genuine requests back to the inbox
    • Four verdicts, from fraudulent through to certified, each filed with its evidence
    • Flags known patterns: lookalike domains, free-mail senders posing as departments, urgency language
    • Reads PDF and document attachments, not only the message body
    • Genuine requests alert immediately, fakes go to a weekly digest
  • Epoxy Base

    In build

Sizes resin, pigment and primer off the floor plan, then packs the order into the kit sizes actually on the shelf.

    Kind
    Our own product
The Epoxy Base job planning screen showing a costed quote and its material breakdown

Epoxy flooring contractors quote from a floor plan and buy from a supplier catalogue, and the two numbers drift apart. Epoxy Base works out the resin mass from the area and the thickness, adds the pigment load for the colour, then resolves that abstract kilogram figure against real kit sizes in stock, packing for the least waste. The quote and the shopping list come off the same number, so what was priced and what gets bought cannot disagree.

    • Material calculator sized from area, thickness and layer type
    • Kit packing against real supplier sizes, preferring the supplier already in use
    • A deposit locks the plan, enforced on the server and not hidden in the interface
    • Quotes and conditions of sale emailed as PDF
    • Tax invoices on one gapless sequence, corrected by credit note, the way SARS expects
    • VAT handled for registered and unregistered vendors
  • The Stokvel App

    In build

Premiums, loans, interest and the year-end payout, on a ledger nobody can quietly edit.

    Kind
    Our own product

A stokvel collects premiums, lends the pool out, charges interest on what is still owed, and closes the year by paying dividends with outstanding loans deducted. All of it usually lives in one book kept by one person. The Stokvel App puts it on an append-only ledger where balances are computed and never stored, every financial entry needs a second person to approve it, and a borrower can apply through a portal that reads their ID card for them.

    • Append-only transaction ledger, balances computed rather than stored
    • Two-person control: whoever captures an entry cannot be the one who approves it
    • Four roles with a fixed permission matrix and a full audit log
    • Interest runs are manual on purpose, so non-payers are marked before the run
    • Borrower eligibility checked by ID number across every financial year
    • Token-protected borrower portal that reads the ID card and falls back to manual entry
