These terms apply to your use of this website. Work we do for a client runs on a separate signed agreement, and where the two ever disagree, that agreement wins.

What is on the site

We keep the descriptions of our work accurate and current. Nothing on this site is a quote, a fixed price or an offer. A price becomes real when it is in a written scope, signed.

Screenshots shown are of software we built. Where an image shows specimen artwork rather than a real document, it is labelled as such on the image itself.

Links to other sites

We link to the live products we built and to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or the terms of sites we do not run.

Our content

The text, design and code of this website belong to Ndzuxo Solutions. Client work is owned by the client under the agreement covering it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
